VelaFi is a stablecoin-native payment platform focused on making global transactions faster and more seamless. Built around clarity, trust, and precision, the identity system uses the slash as a core visual language inspired by the movement of transferring money, creating a flexible system that represents flow, exchange, and connection across digital and enterprise touchpoints. My role included visual identity, design system development, motion direction, and comprehensive brand guidelines.




The logo is built around a signature slash that represents fast, seamless money movement. The slash extends throughout the identity as a graphic element and, within the mark, forms an abstract "F" for Velafi, creating a distinctive symbol that connects the entire brand system.


One of Velafi's biggest challenges was making a technically complex product feel approachable. We evolved the existing green into a brighter, more optimistic palette and paired it with clean neutrals to move away from the visual language of traditional crypto brands. The result is a system that feels clear, trustworthy, and built for modern cross-border payments.












At the core of the identity is a signature slash inspired by the speed and direction of global money movement. It enables fast, seamless transfers while serving as the foundation of the entire visual system.

Beyond the logo, the slash evolves into a flexible graphic element used across layouts, motion, and illustrations. It can also adapt into flag-inspired compositions, representing different countries and reinforcing Velafi's role in cross-border payments.
